Enterprise Fintech Platform Work
Product Designer | July 2022 – Feb 2025
Designed white-label mobile experiences for US Bank's multi-partner credit card platform. Built Figma component library enabling scalable design across 10+ partner brands. Created app store marketing assets and refined accessibility standards, drove app rating increase from 1.8 to 4.8 stars.
Scope: Mobile UI design, component systems, brand execution, app store assets
Marketing for Partner Card Mobile App(iOS App Store)
App store presence is the first impression a prospective business gets, so these assets had to sell the platform's credibility in a single scroll. I designed the store listing visuals to communicate trust and clarity before a user ever downloads the app.
Component Library For Mobile App
With 10+ partner brands on one white-label platform, designing screens one at a time wasn't sustainable. I built a Figma component library so every partner could be themed from a shared, consistent foundation, cutting design time and keeping quality even across brands.
Annotations for Accessibility
Accessibility wasn't a final check here, it was a design requirement. I annotated each handoff with contrast, hierarchy, and screen-reader (VoiceOver) specs so developers could implement WCAG compliance correctly the first time, rather than retrofitting it later.
Production For Mobile App
This is where the build came together in Figma. I created component instances so screens could be updated continuously in an agile environment, limiting friction between design and development and saving production time as requirements evolved.
Final Screens Handed off for Development
The same flows had to hold up across Android, iOS, and web without drifting apart. These are the production screens as handed to development, consistent across platforms and built from the shared system.
Final Screens for Marketing
to Prospective Businesses (Web)
The white-label platform intentionally shifts color and card art per partner to meet each brand's B2B marketing needs. These web screens show that flexibility in action, one underlying system, many branded expressions.
A walkthrough of the Replace Damaged Card prototype, one of the platform's higher-traffic support journeys. I prototyped the full flow in Figma and recorded it here running end to end, so the interaction, states, and transitions could be validated before development.
